Bookkeeping & GST/PST filing for Canadian books

Your books, balanced by the time you log in.

01 — Services

Four things, done properly

No bundled extras, no scope creep — each line is a discrete piece of work you can hire separately or together.

01

Monthly bookkeeping

Bank & credit card reconciliations, AP/AR, journal entries and clean chart-of-accounts maintenance in QuickBooks or Xero, closed out on a fixed monthly schedule.

QBO · QB Desktop · Xero
02

GST / PST return filing

Monthly and quarterly GST and PST return preparation and filing, reconciled back to the books before it's submitted — not estimated from a summary report.

Manitoba PST
03

Year-end working papers

Caseware files built to the standard your CPA firm expects — lead schedules, working papers and reconciliations ready for the engagement partner's review and sign-off.

04

Catch-up & cleanup

Multi-month backlogs brought current — mis-postings untangled, accounts reconciled, and the file handed back audit-ready.

03 — How it works

Your data stays where it lives

The standing model for the last four years: access your own QuickBooks install directly, over a VPN you control. Nothing is exported, copied, or rebuilt in a separate system.

1

You grant VPN access to your own environment

Work happens inside your existing QuickBooks Desktop, QBO or Xero install — the same one your team already uses. Access can be revoked at any time.

2

Books move overnight, your time

Reconciliations, entries and filings are worked through the India night, so they're waiting, finished, at the start of your Manitoba day.

3

You review, or your CPA reviews

For firms: working papers go back for the engagement partner's review and sign-off. Compilation and review reports are issued by your firm — that stays with your CPA.

06 — Team

Four of us, not a call center

Bookkeeping, GST/PST filing and year-end preparation split across a small named team — so an engagement never depends on one person being available.

07 — FAQ

Questions firms ask first

Where does our data actually go?

Nowhere. Work happens inside your own QuickBooks or Xero install over a VPN connection you control and can revoke at any time — nothing is exported to a separate system.

Are you a CPA?

No — we're not CPAs. This is bookkeeping and year-end file preparation — reconciliations, GST/PST filing, and Caseware working papers built to your CPA's review standard. Compilation and review reports are issued by your own CPA, not by us.

What provinces do you handle for PST?

Manitoba PST, from four years of direct filing experience. Other provincial sales taxes are taken on a case-by-case basis — ask before assuming coverage.

How does onboarding start?

A short call to scope account count, transaction volume and current backlog, followed by a fixed monthly quote and a VPN access setup on your side.
